Sometimes you don't know what to expect when you work with someone new or maybe you are just new to the process. That's why we laid it out so you know what to expect.
1) Inquiry/Consultation: The Who, What, Where, When, and Why of your project. Let us know what you think you need, your deadline, and budget. Also, background information is appreciated at this time i.e. if you have any existing materials to cpmpliment or redesign. All Initial consultation appointments are FREE.
2) Quote: We give you a quote estimating costs for your project. We can provide value added services such as printing,fullfullment, web hosting, and search engine optimization.
3) Investigate: This is the most important part. We research your project to find out your target market (audience/age group/etc.), your goals (long term and short term), and research your competitors to give you that strategic edge.
4) Concept/Design: We pitch you the concept and at least 3 different design samples. From there two more draft changes are expected. Any additional or prolonged changes after that may effect the estimate. Also, once you have narrowed down your selections 50% payment based on the initial estimate is due.
5) Finale: After tweeks are made and the project is completed a final invoice will be sent. Invoices can be provided hard copy or electronic. Net 15 is applied. Any late invoices will incure late fees.
